用日本吸虫卵可溶性抗原(SEA)皮下注入正常小鼠。末次注射第23天从尾静脉注入新鲜日本血吸虫卵。注射虫卵后第18天观察小鼠肺内虫卵肉芽肿反应的增长比。结果用SEA 0.1微克,0.5微克及1.0微克/克体重的三个实验组肺组织内虫卵肉芽肿反应明显减弱。提示对正常小鼠用0.1~1微克/克体重的SEA为诱发免疫调节的适宜剂量。为用SEA诱发宿主对虫卵肉芽肿应答的免疫耐受性研究提供选择依据。
Normal mice were injected subcutaneously with Japanese Treponema pallidum antigen (SEA). On the 23rd day of the last injection, fresh Schistosoma japonicum eggs were injected from the caudal vein. On the 18th day after the injection of the eggs, the growth ratio of the egg granuloma reaction in the lungs of the mice was observed. RESULTS: Erythrocyte granuloma reaction was significantly attenuated in the lungs of three experimental groups treated with SEA 0.1 μg, 0.5 μg and 1.0 μg / g body weight. Suggesting that 0.1 to 1 μg / g body weight of SEA in normal mice is the appropriate dose to induce immunomodulation. To provide a basis for the selection of SEA-induced immune tolerance to host egg granuloma response.
