心肌梗塞时梗死心肌的面积与心衰、休克等并发症的发生率及患者的预后有直接关系。因此,无论对患者预后的判断还是评价药物的作用,均需要一种简便易行、实用可靠的测定心肌梗塞面积的方法。Selvester 等在动物实验及电子计算机模拟人心室电活动的研究中,总结出一种用标准12导联心电图计算心肌梗塞面积的方法——QRS 记分系统(QRS scoringsystem)。该系统利用标准12导联心电图中的10个导联(除外Ⅲ及 aVR 导联),共计57项指标,32分,每分相当于左室面积的3%。由于该法适合于目前我国的国情,因而逐步引起了我国学者的重视。现介绍如下。

The system utilizes 10 leads (except for III and aVR leads) in a standard 12-lead ECG, for a total of 57 indicators, 32 points, which corresponds to 3% of the left ventricular area. As the law is suitable for our country’s national conditions, it gradually attracted the attention of our country’s scholars. Now introduced as follows.
