为了解莱芜市放射工作人员眼晶体混浊情况,于1998年10月对市、区、乡镇及厂矿从事医用X射线诊断,放射性同位素应用和工业X射线探伤部分工作人员进行了眼科检查,检查方法执行全国放射工作人员健康查体中眼科检查标准。 本次共检查158人,其中男131人,女27人,从事X射线137人,γ射线21人,查出眼晶体混浊85人,混浊率为53.79%。其中男性多于女性,分别为58.02%(76/131)、33.33%(9/27),(X~2=5.49,P<0.025);从事X射线和γ射线工作者的眼晶体混浊率差异无显著性,分别为54.74%(75/137)、47.62%(10/21),(X~2=0.37,P>0.05);在乡镇和厂矿工作者的眼晶体混浊率高于在市区级工作者,分别为63.64%(42/66)、
