我国河川径流分布不均匀,又对多修有调节能力的水电站和实行梯级连续开发不够重视,使水电站季节性电能多。为此提出扩大联网,多兴修调节性能好的电站和修建抽水蓄能电站等措施。
The distribution of runoff in our country is uneven, and not enough attention is given to the hydropower stations with more regulation capacity and the continuous development of cascades so that the hydropower station has more seasonal energy.
