针对目前工业园概念的惯性认识,从仿生学理论基础上提出工业园的建立需要加入年龄的考虑,并依据现代企业的经营周期与企业年龄的相关性,提出企业年龄决定企业环境容量需求,合理企业年龄构建是工业园动态生态化的前提,动态生态工业园是区域环境容量合理调配的基础。合理搭建工业园内企业年龄结构是控制环境污染的重要前提。
According to the current understanding of the concept of industrial parks, based on the theory of bionics, the establishment of an industrial park requires the consideration of age, and based on the correlation between the operating cycle of modern enterprises and the age of the enterprise, it is proposed that the age of the enterprise determines the environmental capacity requirement of the enterprise and is reasonable. The establishment of enterprise age is the premise for the dynamic and ecologicalization of industrial parks. Dynamic eco-industrial parks are the basis for the rational deployment of regional environmental capacity. Establishing a reasonable age structure of enterprises in industrial parks is an important prerequisite for controlling environmental pollution.
