广州市政府办公厅于2004年11月23日下发了《关于印发广州市解决城镇双特困户住房实施方案的通知》,标志着以租赁住房补贴为主的廉租住房保障工作正式启动。《通知》改变了以前政府出钱,实物配租为主,资金补贴为辅的方式。这项工作将于今年上半年全面展开,双特困户的住房问题有望在年内基本得到解决。
On November 23, 2004, the Guangzhou Municipal Government General Office issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Housing for Urban Dual-destitute Families in Guangzhou, marking the official launch of the low-rent housing security work based on subsidized housing rent. “Notice” changed the previous government money, in kind with rent-based, supplemented by financial subsidies way. This work will be launched in full swing in the first half of this year. The housing problems for the destitute families of the destitute families are expected to be basically solved during the year.
