目的了解章丘市小饭桌卫生现状,进一步加强监管,保障就餐学生的饮食安全。方法根据《山东省学校食堂食品安全监督管理办法》、《山东省餐饮服务食品安全监督量化分级和等级公示管理规定》制定调查表,以现场检查和询问方式进行调查。结果章丘市小饭桌的人员管理状况良好、基础卫生设施设备基本齐全,食品安全管理制度健全,但在制度落实方面存在很多安全隐患。结论小饭桌存在食品安全问题,需加强监督管理,以保证学生的身体健康。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of small table in Zhangqiu City and to further strengthen supervision and ensure the eating safety of dining students. Methods According to the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety of Schoolteacots in Shandong Province and the Provisions on the Administration of Quantitative Classification and Rating Publicity of Food Safety Supervision for Foodservice in Shandong Province, the investigation was conducted with on-site inspection and inquiry methods. Results Zhangqiu small table staff management is good, the basic basic health facilities and equipment, food safety management system is sound, but there are a lot of security risks in the implementation of the system. Conclusion There are food safety issues in the small dinner table. Supervision and management should be strengthened so as to ensure the health of the students.
