成都市青羊区社区建设围绕“居民自治、管理有序、服务完善、治安良好、环境优美、文明祥和”的和谐社区建设目标,以创建活动为载体,以深化社区管理体制改革为基础,以强化社区组织与队伍建设为保障,以加强和改进社区服务为目的,大力开展了形式多样、内涵丰富的创建活动,努力把社区建设成为和谐社会的坚实基础,成为人民群众共享和谐社会成果的重要载体。全区和谐社区建设取得了新进展,实现了新突破。与此同时,社区建设工作也存在问题和不足,制约了它的进一步发展,为此我们课题组对这些情况进行了重点调研,并提出解决存在问题的相应对策。
