目前国内多是采用靠人工操作的减阻环道实验手段来研究进口或国产各种减阻剂的特性和规律。这种方法不仅费时费力,而且劳动强度大,人工读表、测量误差大,重复性也差,效果不理想。 本文详细介绍了最近研制出的一套用于减阻实验环道上的计算机监控系统和数据处理系统的组成、软件设计及使用情况。实践证明该系统测量精度高、数据记录快速完善、节约能源,减轻了劳动强度,并有较高的自动化程度,在提高减阻剂实验研究水平方面发挥了重要作用。
