应用LSAB免疫组化方法检测了117例非小细胞肺癌组织中p53、p16基因蛋白的表达。结果显示:p53、p16蛋白在肺癌中的阳性表达率分别为49.6%、45.3%;在不同组织学类型中,2种蛋白阳性表达率均无显著性差异;p53蛋白表达与肺腺癌淋巴结转移有显著相关性,p53蛋白阳性表达者的淋巴结转移能力强(P<0.05);p53、p16蛋白表达与患者预后有关,p53蛋白阳性表达及p16蛋白阴性表达者预后差(P<0.05)。结果表明:p53、p16基因改变在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,p53、p16蛋白异常表达可作为判断肺癌患者预后的有效指标。
LSAB immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 and p16 protein in 117 non-small cell lung cancer tissues. The results showed that the positive expression rates of p53 and p16 in lung cancer were 49.6% and 45.3%, respectively; in different histological types, there was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of the two proteins; p53 protein expression and lung The lymph node metastasis of adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated.
