鼻前庭囊肿一般均采用唇龈沟切口进行摘除。我科在1979～1986年对16名鼻前庭囊肿患者试用揭盖方法治疗,取得满意效果,报告如下。 手术方法及步骤:表麻及鼻前庭皮下浸润麻醉。鼻镜撑开鼻前孔,用11号尖刀沿囊肿突向鼻前庭的外侧缘切开1cm,用小弯剪沿囊腔周缘剪除囊肿顶盖.拭净囊腔,油纱条置入囊腔压迫,手术结束。术后不需使用抗生素。24小时后抽去纱条,滴抗生素制剂。
