应用土基质盆栽控盐的方法,研究施用不同浓度多效唑对盐(NaCl)处理草莓植株的生物学效应。结果表明,多效唑能减轻叶片的盐害,使植株保持一定的新根发生能力,增强叶片SOD活性,减少MDA的生成量,使膜透性变小;同时还可以促进叶片中可溶性糖的积累,保持水分的相对平衡,从而减轻渗透胁迫。但盐逆境下,草莓叶片的游离脯氨酸的增加可能是盐害的一个生理特征。
The biological effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol on strawberry treated by salt (NaCl) were studied using potted soil control method. The results showed that paclobutrazol could alleviate the salt damage of leaves, maintain the ability of new root to plant, enhance the activity of SOD and reduce the production of MDA, and make membrane permeability smaller. At the same time, paclobutrazol can promote the accumulation of soluble sugar, Maintain the relative balance of water, thereby reducing the osmotic stress. However, under salt stress, the increase of free proline in strawberry leaves may be a physiological characteristic of salt damage.
