目的探讨心肌酶、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在手足口病患儿中的临床价值分析。方法选取收治的83例手足口病患儿为研究对象,作为观察组,根据病情严重程度将观察组分为高危患儿组与一般患儿组。以同期的83例健康儿童作为对照组,比较观察组与对照组儿童心肌酶与超敏C-反应蛋白水平,并对比高危患儿组与一般患儿组治疗前后心肌酶、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化情况。同时比较高危患儿组与一般患儿组的心肌损害率。结果观察组患儿心肌酶与hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,高危患儿组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)与hs-CRP水平明显高于一般患儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义。此外,高危患儿组心肌损害率为54.87%,一般患儿组心肌损害率为5.77%,两组相比,高危患儿组心肌损害率明显高于一般患儿组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测心肌酶与hs-CRP水平不仅是手足口病患儿炎性反应轻重程度的重要依据与心肌损害的参考指标,同时也可作为判断病情严重程度及预后的重要指标,具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of detecting myocardial enzyme and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 83 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group. According to the severity of the disease, the observation group was divided into high risk group and general group. In the same period, 83 healthy children served as the control group. The levels of myocardial enzyme and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in children in observation group and control group were compared. The levels of myocardial enzyme, hypersensitivity C-reactive protein Changes in protein levels. At the same time, the risk of myocardial damage was higher in children with high risk group and in general children group. Results The levels of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the CK-MB and hs-CRP levels in children with high risk were significantly higher than those in normal children (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the other indicators. In addition, the rate of myocardial damage was 54.87% in high-risk children group and 5.77% in general children. Compared with normal children, the myocardial damage rate in high-risk children group was significantly higher than that in normal children (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP levels is not only an important basis for the severity of inflammatory response in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and myocardial injury reference index, but also can be used as an important indicator to determine the severity and prognosis of an important clinical value .
