盆钵试验表明,3种有机物料(麦秸、马粪、牛粪)均可提高中壤质潮土的酶活性,并有一定的持久性。土壤酶活性与有机物料用量之间存在着显著或极显著的直接正相关关系。有机物料对蔗糖酶、脲酶活性的影响最大,对过氧化氢酶的影响较小,对碱性、中性磷酸酶的影响很小。不同有机物料对土壤酶活性的影响程度不同。其顺序是:蔗糖酶:麦秸>牛粪>马粪;脲酶;牛粪>马粪、麦秸;过氧化氢酶:麦秸>马粪>牛粪;中性磷酸酶;麦秸>牛粪>马粪;碱性磷酸酶:三者基本相同。
The pot experiment showed that three kinds of organic materials (wheat straw, horse manure, cow dung) could improve the enzyme activity of mid-loamy soil and had some persistence. There was a significant or significant direct positive correlation between soil enzyme activity and organic material usage. Organic materials had the most significant effect on the activity of sucrase and urease, but had little effect on catalase and little effect on alkaline and neutral phosphatase. The effect of different organic materials on soil enzyme activity is different.
