电刺激35只猫“怒吼中枢”诱发典型的假怒反应,以此作为生理心理学实验的怒情绪动物模型。实验发现猫假怒反应对肝胆汁流量呈抑制性效应,在刺激停止后5min内胆汁流量明显减少,怒吼中枢可能为情绪影响胆汁流量的中枢相对特异性区域。猫假怒反应时肾素释放增加,切断双侧肾神经后此效应消失,表明假怒反应时肾素释放增多是经肾神经实现的。
Electrical stimulation of 35 cats “roar center” induced a typical anger reaction, as an anger animal model of physiological and psychological experiments. Experiments found that cat fury reaction on the inhibition of liver and bile flow was inhibited within 5min after the cessation of stimulation significantly reduced bile flow, roar the center may be emotionally affect the bile flow in the center of the relative specificity of the region. When the feline resentment reaction, the renin release increased, the effect disappeared after the bilateral renal nerves were cut off, indicating that the increase of renin release during the fury reaction was achieved by the renal nerves.
