目的:检测降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)在正常人淋巴结中的表达,并探讨它们对免疫系统的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC染色法,检测35例正常人淋巴结(包括反应性增生淋巴结)中CGRP、ACTH、5-HT的表达。结果:35例正常人淋巴结中, CGRP、ACTH及5-HT表达阳性率依次为:88.5%(31/35)、85.4%(30/35)及94.2%(33/35)。3种标记物在淋巴结中的分布大致相同,主要分布在副皮质区的T细胞、淋巴滤泡生发中心B细胞及巨噬细胞等部位。结论:人外周淋巴结中CGRP、ACTH、5-HT的表达率很高,且其分布与免疫细胞的分布基本一致。
Objective: To detect the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and serotonin (5-HT) in normal human lymph nodes and to explore their effects on the immune system. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC staining was used to detect the expression of CGRP, ACTH and 5-HT in 35 normal lymph nodes (including reactive hyperplastic lymph nodes). Results: The positive rates of CGRP, ACTH and 5-HT in lymph nodes of 35 normal individuals were 88.5% (31/35), 85.4% (30/35) and 94.2% (33/35), respectively. The distribution of the three markers in the lymph nodes were roughly the same, mainly in the paracortex T cells, lymphoid follicular germinal center B cells and macrophages and other parts. Conclusion: The expression rate of CGRP, ACTH and 5-HT in human peripheral lymph nodes is high, and the distribution is consistent with the distribution of immune cells.
