本文是A·塞尔顿为美国著名经济学家、诺贝尔经济学奖得主布坎南的新著《立宪经济学》所写的序言,题目为译者所加。公共选择理论动摇了以往政治学的基础,而立宪经济学则是宪法学和经济学研究的前沿成果。本文向读者介绍了美国学者跨学科研究的最新信息,故本刊特不惜篇幅予以刊载。本文译者系中国人民大学博士生,该书系布坎南亲自所赠。我们欢迎各高校及学术研究机构的师生、科研人员能及时把与国外学术交流中所得到的论文、专著摘要译介,本刊将优先发表,以飨广大读者。
This article is the preface by A. Selton to the new book, Constitutional Economics, by Buchanan, a famous American economist and Nobel laureate in economics. The theory of public choice has shaken the foundation of previous political science, while constitutional economics has been the frontier achievement of the study of constitutional law and economics. This article introduces the reader to the latest information on interdisciplinary research by American scholars and publishes it at length. This translator is a doctoral candidate at Renmin University of China, which was personally donated by Buchanan. We welcome teachers, researchers and researchers in universities and academic research institutes to timely translate and summarize theses and monographs obtained from academic exchanges with foreign countries. This publication will be given priority to readers.
