任村镇支斗毛渠节水工程充分体现了党委政府对三农支持的力度,通过此项工程的实施,大大提高了水的利用率,增加了灌溉面积,促进了农业丰收,加大了农民收入,减轻了农民负担,对提高人民生活水平和保持社会稳定具有重大的作用。本文就任村镇支斗毛渠节水工程开发利用中的水利工程现状、工程规划、效益分析等,而且提出了工程开发利用的基本方针:建设是基础,管理是关键,发挥效益是目的。
