Pretreatment of reserpine or diethylstilbestrol in female rats, the isolated uterus of norepinephrine inhibitory effects were weaker than normal rats. In particular, reserpine treatment was more significant (P <0.01), while the treatment of norepinephrine in rats increased the pressure response was significantly increased. In normal rat uterus, reserpine does not attenuate norepinephrine action in the bath tube. Ephedrine, amphetamine and tyramine significantly inhibited the inhibitory effects of reserpine or diethylstilbestrol in the uterus of rats, and their inhibitory effects increased with increasing their concentrations, while the inhibitory effects of amphetamine and tyramine did not increase in parallel. Some of the uterus but the emergence of excitement effect. These results indicate that ephedrine is not sympathetic to amphetamine and tyramine in rat uterus. Amphetamines and tyramides on diethylstilbestrol plus reserpine combined treatment of rat uterus, almost all showed excitement, such excitement can be benzene benzylamine block, atropine can only reduce the excitatory effect of tyramine. Therefore, their excitatory effects on rat uterus may be mainly the result of acting on tryptamine receptors. Amphetamine and tyramine on normal rat uterine rapid inhibition of the role of resistance, after treatment with benzene benzylamine or atropine can restore and strengthen the former two inhibitory effect, this phenomenon may be the latter two block 5 - HT receptors, eliminating the excitatory effect of amphetamine and tyramine so that their synergistic effects can be fully exerted.
