以偏钛酸、双氧水、氨水、乙酸铅和硝酸锆为原料,乙二胺四乙酸(ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid,EDTA)为络合剂,柠檬酸为燃烧剂,采用凝胶燃烧法制备得到了锆钛酸铅(PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3,PZT)纳米粉体。首先,按相同摩尔比将偏钛酸溶于双氧水和氨水的混合溶液中,再加入适量的柠檬酸,得到棕红色透明溶液,向该溶液中加入由EDTA络合的等摩尔的Pb2+溶液与适量的Zr4+溶液,再将此混合溶液加热浓缩成胶状物后在不同温度煅烧,得到PZT纳米粉体。结果表明:PZT纳米粉体在400~500℃形成,将所得胶状物在700℃煅烧4 h,制得的PZT纳米粉体的粒径在50~150 nm之间。
In this paper, zirconia was prepared by the method of gel combustion using metatitanic acid, hydrogen peroxide, ammonia, lead acetate and zirconium nitrate as raw materials, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as complexing agent and citric acid as the combustion agent. The results show that the PZT nano-powder is formed at 400-500 ℃, and the obtained jelly is calcined at 700 ℃ for 4 h. The size of PZT nano-powder is between 50-150 nm.
