我们应用胰高糖素和胰岛素疗法(下称G-I)治疗4例暴发性肝炎现小结如下:4例皆为男性。年龄为21～63岁。入院时病史5～14天,起病时皆有乏力、纳差、恶心、呕吐,有发热者3例(38℃1例,39～40℃2例)。体检均神志清楚,心肺正常,肝肋下1～1.5厘米,上下界8～10厘米,脾可及者1例,血清总胆红素2.2～12.3毫克%,SGPT360～1000单位,凝血酶元时间32～67秒,HBsAg3例阳性(RPHA 法)。入院后1～3天,症状严
We apply glucagon and insulin therapy (hereinafter referred to as G-I) treatment of 4 cases of fulminant hepatitis are summarized as follows: 4 were all male. The age is 21 ~ 63 years old. Admission history of 5 to 14 days, onset are all fatigue, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, fever in 3 cases (38 ℃ in 1 case, 39 ~ 40 ℃ in 2 cases). Physical examination were conscious, normal heart and lung, hepatic ribs 1 to 1.5 cm, upper and lower bounds 8 to 10 cm, 1 spleen accessible, serum total bilirubin 2.2 ~ 12.3 mg%, SGPT360 ~ 1000 units, prothrombin time 32 to 67 seconds, HBsAg3 positive (RPHA method). 1 to 3 days after admission, the symptoms are severe
