水稻(Oryzasative)接种根瘤菌后2~3d,在显微镜下观察,水稻根表面和根毛上开始有根瘤菌吸附,根毛产生变形,末端膨大、微弯;接后4~7d,粘附在根表和根毛上的根瘤菌密度加大,且不同水稻品种对根瘤菌的吸附情况有所不同。接后7~14d,根毛形成弯曲,大多数弯曲90°~180°,少数根毛弯曲180°~360°,个别根毛产生分枝。不同水稻品种对接种根瘤菌产生的根毛变形和弯曲的效应也有所差异。水稻接种根瘤菌后35~45d,根部形成短化、膨大的次生根瘤状结构。13种稻/菌组合次生根瘤状结构的形成,表明这种瘤状结构的产生频率与稻/菌组合有密切关系
