自2000年起,卫生部与世界卫生组织合作,相继在我国湖北、江苏、湖南、海南等地的城市,开展娱乐场所“100%使用安全套”的试点。国务院副总理吴仪对此予以充分肯定,指出:“这一措施大大降低了性病发病率,对预防和控制艾滋病起到了积极作用,值得很好地总结推广,要积极推厂使用安全套,在一些高危人员集中的公共场所公开发放或安装安全套发放设施,力求切断经性传播艾滋病的途径。”作为首批试点城市之一的江苏靖江,效果就非常显著。记者就此专访了参与负责靖江试点工作的江苏省疾病预防控制中心副主任羊海涛。
