目的:探讨5种单克隆抗体LCA、CD45RO、L26、λ和κ轻链判断眼眶淋巴组织增生病良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用上述5种单克隆抗体采用免疫组织化学方法对77例眼眶淋巴组织增生病进行研究。结果:炎性假瘤全部为多克隆(24/24例),反应性淋巴组织增生多克隆占10/12例,单克隆占2/12例。不典型淋巴组织增生多克隆占3/29,单克隆占26/29例。恶性淋巴瘤均为单克隆(12/12)。结论:可以通过检测眼眶淋巴组织增生病克隆性判断良恶性。
Objective: To investigate the differential diagnostic value of five monoclonal antibodies LCA, CD45RO, L26, λ and κ light chain in the diagnosis of benign and malignant orbital lymphoproliferation. Methods: Using the above five kinds of monoclonal antibodies using immunohistochemistry in 77 cases of orbital lymphoid tissue hyperplasia were studied. Results: All of the inflammatory pseudotumor were polyclonal (24/24 cases). Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia polyclonal accounted for 10/12 cases and monoclones accounted for 2/12 cases. Atypical lymphoid hyperplastic polygons accounted for 3/29, monoclonal accounted for 26/29 cases. Malignant lymphoma are monoclonal (12/12). Conclusion: The benign and malignant lesions can be detected by detecting the clonality of orbital lymphoproliferative disease.
