兖矿集团唐村实业公司坚持转产与开发并重,分流与安置并重的原则,不断创造就业机会,激活了人力资源。7年来转岗分流1100多人次,占全公司职工总数的68%。唐村实业公司(原唐村煤矿)是兖矿集团建井早、衰老最早的矿井之一。1993年被省煤管局注销矿井煤炭生产能力,1997年成功地改组为集团公司控股、外部法人参股、内部职工持股的有限责任公司。为从根本上解决国有矿井衰老,冗员多,效益差的问题,公司注重把主要精力放在转产开发上,大力开展以橡塑化工、单体支柱维修租赁、餐饮服务等为骨干项目的非煤产业。新的经济增长点使生产富余人员有了去处,仅输送带厂、电缆厂就分流安置630多人。在此基础上,该公司结合重点项目的规模开发,进一步优化人力资源,先后上马的塑料电力电缆及贴面高强力阻燃输送带两大项目,吸纳安置了120余名富余人员。
Yankuang Group Tangcun Industrial Company adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on both production and development, diversion and resettlement, continuously create employment opportunities and activate human resources. Tangcun Industrial Company (formerly Tangcun Coal Mine) is one of the earliest mines in Yankuang Group to build wells early. In 1993, it was canceled by the Coal and Metallurgical Administration to mine coal production capacity. In 1997, it was successfully reorganized into a limited liability company controlled by a group company, shares held by an external legal person, and held by internal employees. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of aging, redundancy and poor efficiency of state-owned mines, the company pays great attention to the transformation and development, and vigorously carry out non-coal projects with key projects of rubber and plastic chemical industry, single-pillar maintenance lease and catering services industry. The new economic growth point has allowed surplus production personnel to go somewhere. Only the conveyor belt factories and cable mills distribute more than 630 people. On this basis, the company developed two major projects of plastic power cables and high-strength flame-retardant conveyor belts to further optimize human resources, absorbed more than 120 surplus workers.
