随着我国经济社会的发展,对建筑行业的要求也越来越高。为了与时俱进,更好的满足对建筑的越来越多的要求,往往需要对建筑结构以不同以往的设计方法来进行设计,对下部进行大空间的布置,反而上部来布置小空间。所以,对于建筑所提出的要求就和常规的建筑结构之间产生了矛盾,因此为了解决这一问题,就出现了所谓的结构转换层。本文以某一高层建筑的框支剪力墙结构的设计为例,重点对梁式转换结构进行了分析,希望对广大业内人士提供一定的借鉴。
With the economic and social development in our country, the requirements for the construction industry are also getting higher and higher. In order to keep pace with the times and better meet the more and more requirements of the building, it is often necessary to design the building structure with different design methods in the past, to arrange the large space in the lower part, and to arrange the small space in the upper part instead. Therefore, there is a contradiction between the proposed requirements of the building and the conventional building structure, so that in order to solve this problem, a so-called structural conversion layer appears. In this paper, taking the design of frame-supported shear wall structure of a high-rise building as an example, this paper mainly analyzes the structure of beam conversion, and hopes to provide reference for the general public.
