在实验室采用水泥砂浆模型和不同直径的RDX炸药对不偶合装药的爆炸作用进行了模拟试验.对模型内的爆炸应力波进行了测试,并对模型的爆破块度进行了筛分统计.通过试验结果分析和在爆破模型的有限元计算结果基础上,得出了最佳的不偶合装药系数.在矿山岩巷掘进工作面进行现场试验,提出了该条件下的最佳不偶合装药条件:当岩石坚固性系数f为3~4及4~6时,最佳不偶合系数应为135~150及125~140.
In the laboratory, the cement mortar model and RDX explosives with different diameters were used to simulate the explosive action of uncouple charge. The explosion stress wave in the model was tested and the blasting fragmentation of the model was screened. Based on the analysis of the test results and the finite element calculation results of the blasting model, the best non-coupled charge coefficient is obtained. The field test was carried out on the tunneling face of mine rock roadway, and the optimal conditions of uncoupled charge were proposed. When the rock solidity coefficient f is 3-4 and 4-6, the optimal uncoupling coefficient should be 1. 35 ~ 1 50 and 1 25 ~ 1 40.
