一、引言近年来持续快速上涨的房地产价格成为人们关注的焦点,同时我国的贫富差距不断扩大并超越了国际警戒线。贫富差距的扩大是否对房地产价格存在显著的影响,这是本文探讨的问题。本文将以国际的视角比较多国的房地产价格水平与贫富差距程度,运用多元回归模型检验贫富差距对房地产价格的影响。
I. INTRODUCTION The sustained and rapid rise of real estate prices in recent years has become the focus of attention. At the same time, the gap between the rich and the poor in our country has continuously expanded and surpassed the international warning line. Whether the widening gap between rich and poor have a significant impact on real estate prices is the issue discussed in this paper. This article will compare the real estate price level in many countries with the gap between the rich and the poor from an international perspective and test the impact of the gap between the rich and the poor on real estate prices by using the multiple regression model.
