目的探讨产程早期体位干预配合分娩辅助设施对分娩的影响。方法选取2015年9月~2016年9月收治与本院妇产科的196例初产妇,随机分为两组,观察组98例产妇于临产规律宫缩宫口未开时,依据产妇胎先露下降高低于胎背位置,分别开展支撑式前倾坐位或前倾式站位、侧俯卧位、上下爬单层楼梯等体位干预,且与分娩辅助设施配合使用;对照组98例产妇依据个人感受与意愿,自由选择体位,且与常规产程护理相配合。观察比较两组分娩方式及产程时间的差别。结果观察组产妇第一产程时间[(376.85±147.53)min]短于对照组[(442.36±234.62)min](P<0.05),阴道分娩例数(84例)较之对照组(71例),多于后者(P<0.05)。结论针对初产妇开展产程早期体位干预,另与分娩辅助设施相配合,可提升自然分娩率,缩短第一产程时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of early delivery of body position and delivery aid on delivery. Methods A total of 196 primipara in our department from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group, Dew drop higher than the position of the back of the carcass, were carried out propped forward or forward tilt station, side prone position, climbing stairs and other single-position intervention, and with the delivery of auxiliary facilities; 98 cases of mothers in the control group based on individual Feelings and wishes, free choice of position, and with routine labor care match. Results Compared with the control group (n = 84), the time of first delivery was shorter in the observation group (376.85 ± 147.53) min than in the control group (442.36 ± 234.62) min (P <0.05) , More than the latter (P <0.05). Conclusions The early postpartum position-based intervention for primiparous women and the combination of childbirth auxiliary facilities can increase the rate of natural childbirth and shorten the time of first stage of labor.
