医院必须以科学发展观统领医院的“十一.五”发展战略,本文以大理学院附属医院为例,就科学发展观对制定医院“十一.五”规划的指导意义等进行了探讨;对大理学院附属医院“十一.五”期间发展存在的问题、发展环境、医院的功能定位、发展思路和发展目标进行了初浅的探析,对医院确定“十一.五”发展战略时需要把握好的几对关系也进行了研究和探讨。
