不断培养出大批优秀的年轻干部,在很大程度上决定着党和国家的兴衰存亡。中青年干部要承担推动科学发展的重任,在改革开放实践中施展才华,建功立业,永葆干事激情,必须不断加强道德修炼和能力提升,努力解好“四个不等式”:有学历不等于有能力,要学习以恒,不断加强能力建设;有理想不等于有作为,要做事以实,始终保持工作激情;在基层不等于了解民情,要待民以心,深入实际联系群众;有公权不等于有特权,要执政以公,切实树立良好形象。
