基于气候变化与水资源变化相互影响的背景,为更有效地指导中国大陆防洪、抗旱及节水灌溉工作,通过综合评述降水时间序列常用研究方法的不足,引入Morlet小波变换,对中国大陆54年降水时间序列变化特征进行多尺度分析,揭示出中国大陆年降水在不同尺度下的时频变化特征及其多尺度变化、主周期变化、大小尺度嵌套和总趋势减少等规律,并应用小波系数实部过程和小波方差进行检验.结果表明:中国大陆年降水量变化呈现多尺度性、主周期性、同步性和总趋势减少的规律,且未来6a(2010—2015年)降水会偏少.
Based on the background of the interaction between climate change and water resources change, Morlet wavelet transform is introduced to comprehensively review the deficiencies of the common research methods of precipitation time series in order to guide flood control, drought relief and water-saving irrigation in mainland China more effectively. Precipitation characteristics of time series of multi-scale analysis to reveal the time-frequency characteristics of the annual precipitation in different scales in China and its multi-scale changes, the main cycle changes, the size of the nesting and the total trend of reduction and other laws, and the application of wavelet coefficients The real part process and the wavelet variance were tested.The results show that the annual precipitation variation in China presents the regularity of multi-scale, main periodicity, synchronicity and general trend reduction, and precipitation will be less in the future 6a (2010-2015).
