小学六年级第二学期语文补充教材“为人民服务”这篇文章,是毛主席1944年9月8日在陕甘宁边区中共中央直属机关为追悼张思德同志而召集的会议上的讲演辞。毛主席在这篇文章里,对张思德同志的哀悼是非常深切的,对他为人民利益而牺牲的精神,给予极高的评价,文章里不仅赞扬了烈士的革命崇高品质,而且还告诉了我们:为人民服务,就应当一切从人民利益出发。一切要以人民利益为出发点,这是贯串在全篇文章里的主要思想。
