目的:建立榆叶合叶子中水杨醛含量的气相色谱测定方法,为制定榆叶合叶子质量标准提供参考。方法:采用气相色谱法,RTX-1701色谱柱(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25μm),FID监测器,检测器和进样口温度250℃;升温程序以70℃为起始温度,保持10 min,以1℃·min-1的速率升温至105℃,保持1 min,再以15℃·min-1的速率升温至250℃,保持15 min;载气氮气,流速1 m L·min-1,进样方式分流进样,分流比80∶1,进样量1μL。结果:水杨醛在0.191 7~1.917 0 g·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.12%(RSD 2.5%)。结论:该方法简便、准确且重复性好,可作为榆叶合叶子中水杨醛的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of salicylaldehyde content in leaves of Ulmus pumila, and provide a reference for establishing the quality standard of elm leaf.
