3-碘-苯并吡喃-4-酮(1)与硫脲发生Michael加成反应,合成三个2-硫代-5-(2-羟基苯甲酰基)咪唑衍生物和五个2-亚氨基-5-(2-羟基苯甲酰基)噻唑衍生物。这些化合物结构经核磁共振光谱,红外光谱和元素分析均予以证实。
3-Iodo-chromen-4-one (1) undergoes a Michael addition reaction with thiourea to synthesize three 2-thio-5- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) imidazole derivatives and five 2- Imino-5- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) thiazole derivatives. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
