目的探讨新型超声造影剂声微显对鼠自发性活动、呼吸频率、血压、心率及心电图等的影响。方法以自发活动记录仪、二道生理记录仪、心电图仪记录并观察各组动物静脉注射给药前至给药后20~30min内上述各指标的变化。结果除自发性活动外,其余指标在各组动物中均未见显著变化,且给药后小鼠自发性活动虽较给药前有较大波动,但与空白对照组(iV生理盐水池比,二者间无统计学差异。结论声微显对鼠精神、神经系统、呼吸系统及心血管系统无明显不良影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of new ultrasound contrast agents on spontaneous activity, respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram in mice. Methods The spontaneous activity recorder, two physiology recorder, electrocardiograph were recorded and observed in each group of animals before intravenous injection to 20 ~ 30min after administration of the above indicators changes. Results In addition to spontaneous activity, the other indicators in each group of animals did not change significantly, and after administration of the mice spontaneous activity although there is greater volatility before administration, but compared with the control group (iV saline pool ratio , No significant difference between the two.Conclusion Acoustic microdisplay on the spirit of the rat, nervous system, respiratory system and cardiovascular system no significant adverse effects.
