本文全面分析了氧化铝基陶瓷刀具材料力学性能的随机特性。线性回归分析和K—S分布拟合检验的结果表明:材料的硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性均很好地服从三参数威布尔分布,分布参数随刀具材料成分而异。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the random characteristics of the mechanical properties of alumina-based ceramic tool materials. The results of linear regression analysis and K-S distribution fitting test show that the hardness, flexural strength and fracture toughness of the material all obey well the three-parameter Weibull distribution, and the distribution parameters vary with the material composition of the tool.
