为了研究硼替佐米(bortezomib,Bor)单用及与柔红霉素(daunorubicin,DNR)联合应用对多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)细胞株KM3细胞的抑制作用,采用MTT法检测Bor单用及与DNR联合应用对KM3细胞的抑制作用,求出其IC50。结果表明:Bor、DNR对KM3细胞生长抑制作用呈浓度依赖性,IC50分别为0.27μmol/L,0.16μmol/L;Bor联合DNR对KM3细胞生长抑制作用明显增强(p<0.05)。结论:在体外,Bor联合DNR对KM3细胞生长抑制有协同作用。
