With the current weak market, how can we further play the role of state-owned commerce as the main channel to further invigorate circulation, support production, and maintain the stability of the market and the entire economy? On February 13 and 14, the president of the Provincial Business Economics Institute, Comrade Zhou Zhangxuan, Director of the Department of Commerce, presided over the meeting and invited senior leaders of some finance and trade departments, professors from the Hangzhou Business School, and comrades from the commercial, supply and marketing, and industry and commerce administration departments to discuss the issue. Participating comrades believed that: At present, it is of great importance both theoretically and practically to clarify the status and role of state-run commerce, clarify various vague understandings, and further establish the status of state-owned commerce as the main channel in the field of commodity circulation.
