抗菌药物通过抑制或诱导CYP450酶系和P-gp对底物药物的代谢作用,可以导致与其联用的CYP450及P-gp底物药物产生代谢性药物相互作用,同时CYP450及P-gp抑制剂、诱导剂也可影响作为CYP450及P-gp底物的抗菌药物的体内过程,导致ADR或药源性疾病的发生。掌握CYP450及P-gp与抗菌药物的相关知识,可提高临床合理用药水平,有效保证患者的用药安全。综述影响CYP450和P-gp活性的抗菌药物以及与CYP450和P-gp活性有关的药物的相互作用,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。
Antibacterial drugs can induce metabolic drug interactions with CYP450 and P-gp substrate drugs by inhibiting or inducing the metabolism of CYP450 enzymes and P-gp on the substrate drugs. Meanwhile, CYP450 and P-gp inhibitors , Inducing agents can also affect the in vivo processes of antimicrobials that are substrates of CYP450 and P-gp, leading to ADR or drug-induced disease. Grasp the relevant knowledge of CYP450 and P-gp with antimicrobial agents, can improve the clinical reasonable level of medication, effectively ensure the patient’s medication safety. This review summarizes the interactions between antimicrobial agents that affect the activity of CYP450 and P-gp, and the drugs that are related to the activity of CYP450 and P-gp, so as to provide a reference for the promotion of clinical rational use of drugs.
