At present, all kinds of education structures at all levels across the country are undergoing adjustments. All kinds of vocational education resources are fully optimized and reorganized. At the same time, people’s consumption concept is also changing, and investment in education tends to be more rational. Therefore, in order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition, technical schools should do everything possible to expand the scale of running schools in order to improve the efficiency of running schools and enhance the market competitiveness of schools. I. Expanding the Scale of Running Schools for Technical Workers Needs the Situation 1. A series of reform measures have been put forward in the reform of the national education system. One of the important measures is to rationalize the restructuring of education resources, adjust the structure and layout, gradually expand the scale of running schools, and make similar schools effective Of educational resources, their respective advantages together, to establish a comprehensive, full range of subjects with quite competitive strength of the school. 2. Our country has established a socialist market economic system. In a market economy, education also stresses accounting costs. It is necessary to consider the input and output of capital. The cost of education embodied in different sized schools is also different for the cultivation of a skilled human resource. Therefore, the benefits of investing the same amount of capital in large schools and those of small ones will be significantly different. In general, the former is more effective, while the latter is relatively low.
