45Cr4NiMoV钢是一种新型的大型支承辊材料。在热力模拟试验机Gleeble-1500D上,对45Cr4NiMoV钢进行不同温度下的压缩试验。并以试验数据为基础,通过线性回归分析,得到45Cr4NiMoV钢的形变热塑性激活能及相应的数学模型。分析了变形温度和应变速率对45Cr4NiMoV钢的热变形影响,发现高温低速率有利于动态软化的发生。研究结果为该材料大型支承辊的锻造加工提供科学依据,并为进一步的研究该材料在热变形领域的应用奠定基础。
45Cr4NiMoV steel is a new type of large backup roll material. In the thermal simulation test machine Gleeble-1500D, 45Cr4NiMoV steel at different temperatures under compression test. Based on the experimental data, the deformation activation energy and corresponding mathematical model of 45Cr4NiMoV steel were obtained by linear regression analysis. The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on the thermal deformation of 45Cr4NiMoV steel were analyzed. It was found that the high temperature and low rate was conducive to the dynamic softening. The results provide a scientific basis for the forging process of the large support roller of the material and lay a foundation for further study on the application of the material in the field of thermal deformation.
