文章运用医院护理岗位管理理论,探索养老机构养老护理岗位的有效管理模式。通过在福利院护理队伍筹建前期科学设置护理岗位、开展岗前培训、运用岗位评价与绩效相结合的考核模式,建立起职责清晰、管理有序的护理岗位制度;充分体现了护理岗位工作的连续性,提高了护理质量;发挥了护理人员的主动性和创造性;进一步提升了护理人员的职业认同感,提高了服务对象的满意度。通过研究探讨,养老护理岗位管理在养老行业得以有效运用,并形成其特有的管理模式,最终提升了养老机构的护理管理能力。
