目的:用生物学的方法探讨Ti50—Ni50wt%记忆合金对机体亲和性及在钝Ni 里添加多少Ti 能够在什么程度上抑制细胞的毒性。方法:1.用计算菌落数的方法做细胞毒性实验,将L—株细胞同试验用金属一起培养2周后,计算菌落数。2.做溶出的Ni 离子定量实验。用原子吸光的分光方法分析上述培养2周后的培养液,计算出Ni 离子的溶出量。3.用器官培养法做鸡胚大腿骨的成长发育试验。在培养基上培养一周后,同培养前的大腿骨的大小作比较。4.Ti50—Ni50wt%记忆合金在临床
OBJECTIVE: To investigate to what extent the cytotoxicity of Ti50-Ni50wt% memory alloy to human body and the addition of Ti in blunt Ni can be inhibited by biological methods. Methods: 1. Calculate the number of colonies cytotoxicity test method, the L-strain cells with the test with metal culture for 2 weeks after the calculation of the number of colonies. 2.
