我院自1986年3月开始采用自制新鲜冰冻利凡诺引产胎儿骨作植骨材料,治疗各种原因所致骨缺失共15例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下.骨材制备方法:收集利凡诺引产胎几(孕期在5月以上至足月健康胎儿),在无菌条件下,作胎儿皮肤去脂消毒,手术取骨,彻底清除骨外膜及所属软组织,切除软骨部分,装入无菌广口螺旋盖玻瓶中.外层用高压消毒手术布巾包捆,放入普通医用电冰箱储存备用.最长储存期1周.最短储放期9天.温度控制在零下8—12度.装瓶前所取胎骨及储存后开瓶使用均需留骨标本作常规细菌培养,排除取骨术与储骨期骨组织污染.16例胎骨组织两次细菌培养结果均阴性.
