中职院校是是培养技能型人才的教育机构,所以培养出能够适应社会发展需求的高技术电子商务人才被各大高校定位为当前目标。要满足社会的发展需求培养电子商务人才就必须抓准行业的发展方向,创新原有的电子商务人才培养模式。本文重点分析以市场需求为导向的校企合作模式,把企业作为学生的实践基地,让学生将课堂所学和实际工作需求相结合,以此来提高学生的综合能力,拓展和提高学生的综合素质,为更好的适应社会的需求。
Vocational colleges are educational institutions that cultivate skilled personnel. Therefore, cultivating high-tech e-business talents capable of meeting the needs of social development is the current goal of all major colleges and universities. To meet the development needs of society to train e-commerce talent must grasp the development direction of the industry, innovative e-commerce talent training mode. This article focuses on analyzing the market-oriented school-enterprise cooperation model, using the enterprise as a practical base for students, allowing students to combine classroom learning with practical work requirements in order to improve students’ overall abilities, expand and enhance student comprehensiveness Quality, to better adapt to the needs of society.
