春季气温多变,风雨不定,人们就很容易患呼吸系统疾病,咳嗽不止。现介绍几种春季易发咳嗽的食疗方: 感寒咳嗽:多为感寒而诱发。气温不恒定,人体不适应是致咳的主要原因。当咳嗽初起,鼻流清涕,连连喷嚏,咽喉作痒时,可以服用杏苏糕。其做法:取面粉适量,经过发酵,揉制成3～5块;将杏仁5g去皮研压成粉,加适量红糖
