红鳍笛鲷(Lutianus erythopterus Bloch),俗称红鱼、红鸡、大红鱼、红笛鲷等,隶属鲈形目、笛鲷科、笛鲷属,为热带、亚热带中下层鱼类。其个体大、产量高、肉质细嫩、经济效益佳。在南方的市场广大,价格高,是目前南方海水网箱养殖业引进的优良新品种之一。2000年我们在深圳市龙岗区南澳镇鱼排上进行了网箱养殖红鳍笛鲷试验,经过一个生产周期的养殖,取得了显著的经济效益。现介绍如下:
Red snapper (Lutianus erythopterus Bloch), commonly known as red fish, red chicken, red fish, red snapper, under the attached perciformes, snapper, snapper genus, tropical, subtropical middle and lower fish.
