某厂生产化学品排放的合铜废酸液中。含铜8~12g/l,废酸的浓度高达5~6mol/dm ̄3。我们先用N_(235)萃取铜。提取铜后的废液供钢铁厂作酸洗液。本文从HCl—H_2SO_4混酸溶液中对N_(235)萃取铜的条件、萃取平衡反应以及萃合物组成等进行了研究。
A factory production of chemicals discharged copper waste acid. Copper 8 ~ 12g / l, the concentration of waste acid as high as 5 ~ 6mol / dm ~ 3. We first extract the copper with N_ (235). Extraction of copper after the waste for the steel plant for pickling. In this paper, the extraction conditions of copper (Ⅱ), extraction equilibrium reaction and the composition of extract were studied from HCl-H_2SO_4 mixed acid solution.
