《教育规划纲要》为教育教学评价构建了一个国家框架——根据培养目标和人才理念,建立科学、多样的评价标准。开展由政府、学校、社会各方面共同参与的教育质量评价活动。立足职业教育,把提高质量作为重点,建立健全职业教育质量保障体系,吸收企业参加教育质量评估,则是在国家评价的框架下,构建现代职业教育评价体系,提高教育教学质量的重要保障。而教学质量提高与否,培养的人才适用与否,社会认可与否,则需要从利益相关的多个方面进行评
